ON-SITE BUSINESS CONSULTING & TRAINING CTC – Changing The Culture provides hands-on consulting and training designed to strengthen leadership, improve employee communication, build teamwork, and create a healthier, more productive workplace. With 35 years of automotive industry experience, including executive leadership and general management, I understand the challenges businesses face from the inside out. Our consulting services focus on identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions that produce lasting improvements. Services include leadership development, employee training, customer service improvement, departmental communication, accountability, and workplace culture transformation. Investment: $1,000 per day Minimum Engagement: 3 Days Total Starting Investment: $3,000 Additional consulting days are available at $1,000 per day. Payment is required upfront.
