CTC provides a 20-hour, on-site assessment over approximately 2½ days. We evaluate leadership, communication, employee engagement, and customer service to identify opportunities for improvement. Investment: $2,500. Scheduling is coordinated directly with each business.

CTC provides hands-on business consulting focused on leadership development, employee engagement, customer service, communication, and workplace culture. Our goal is to strengthen businesses from the inside out, creating healthier teams and lasting results. Minimum three-day engagement.

CTC provides 30-day and 60-day follow-up visits to evaluate progress, reinforce leadership development, improve employee engagement, and ensure lasting workplace culture improvements. Each follow-up includes two days of on-site consulting to support accountability and continued business growth.
