CTC – Business Culture Observation & Assessment CTC – Changing The Culture provides a comprehensive, hands-on assessment of your business operations, leadership, employee communication, customer service, and workplace culture. With over 30 years of automotive industry leadership experience, we understand that real change begins within. Our assessment includes: Day 1 – Observation (8 Hours): Evaluate daily operations, leadership practices, employee interactions, and departmental communication. Day 2 – Evaluation (8 Hours): Assess workplace culture, employee morale, teamwork, customer service, and operational challenges. Day 3 – Leadership Review (4 Hours): Meet with the owner or general manager to discuss observations, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions. Total: 20 Hours Over Approximately 2½ Days Investment: $2,500 – Payment Required Upfront Assessment dates are coordinated directly with business leadership. It Starts at the Top.
